Photocopies of the following documents: The academic results of the previous two years and certificates or documents of proof for extra-curricular activities Filling in Application Forms Once an application is considered, students need to fill in forms required by the institute. Most institutes might require registration fees for the application. Accepting the Offer When you receive an offer letter, you have to reply whether you accept the offer within a given period. If you decide to accept the offer, deposit must be paid for reserving the place. A confirmation of acceptance for studies will then be issued to students once the institute has received the deposit. Preparation before departure You may book the flight ticket and prepare some daily care products before departure.

Meeting our Education Consultants A detailed presentation about overseas education will be given individually so that students and parents can gain a preliminary understanding of a prospective overseas study. Advice and guidance will be given according to the academic competence, educational & career needs, preference and expectations of the students so as to arrive at the best selection of institutes. If students are interested in applying the suggested institute(s), Consultant at Rise Smart will proceed to the necessary procedures of application, submitting students' academic results, certificates and other necessary documents to the selected institute(s) for initial assessment. Submitting Application Should any difficulties arise during the application process, we will provide assistance and advice immediately. If necessary, our consultants will help students arrange entrance tests or admission interview with school representatives. Once the students have successfully passed the institute's assessment, Rise Smart will inform you regarding the result, followed by a formal Offer Letter from the institute. Providing Assistance in VISA Application Our consultants will assist you with the enrollment process and VISA application. Further Assistance If you need airport pick-up service, we will arrange with the institute according to the student's itinerary. During your entire period of your study, we will continue to provide you with our all-round follow-up services.
